Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Registrations can be deferred to the following year if made 2-days before race day.
• Registrations can be transferred to any of our other events (if spots are open). A race credit will be applied for the amount of your BSG entry fee, a refund will be provided if the new race entry fee is lower than the BSG entry fee you paid.
• Registration can be transferred to another racer in the same year. No refund will be issued, riders are responsible for sorting out repayment if they wish.
• Full refunds before July 15.
• July 16-August 15 a deposit will be kept and the remainder of the registration fee refunded. 
• No refunds after August 1, 2026.

Red Lodge Events/Big Sky Gravel may cancel or reroute an event due to the occurrence of any force majeure event or credible threat thereof, including but not limited to any Act of God, fire, earthquake, acts of civil or military authority, casualty, flood, war, terrorist attack, epidemic, insurrection, civil unrest, strikes or other labor activities or any other similar cause beyond the reasonable control of Montana Tour including environmental conditions that might threaten the health and safety of Event participants, volunteers or staff. I understand and agree that my registration fees and other costs will not be refunded by Red Lodge Events, LLC. if all or any portion of an event is cancelled or rerouted due to a force majeure event. I will release and hold Red Lodge Events harmless for any costs or damages incurred as result of cancellation or rerouting of an event due to a force majeure event.
